Delivery Policy

TB Creative delivers floral arrangements across the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how delivery works and what to expect.

Delivery areas

We deliver to all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Delivery fees and minimum order values vary by location and are confirmed during order confirmation.

Delivery scheduling

During checkout you can request a preferred delivery date. We confirm the exact time slot via WhatsApp based on availability and route. For event and peak-season dates, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

Same-day and next-day delivery

Same-day delivery may be available for Dubai and Abu Dhabi on selected products if the order is confirmed before our daily cut-off time. Next-day delivery is available for most emirates. Availability is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.

Recipient availability

Please ensure someone is available to receive the arrangement at the agreed address and time. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to reschedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

Fresh flower care on arrival

Fresh arrangements should be unwrapped carefully, placed in fresh water promptly, and kept away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts. We are happy to share care tips on WhatsApp.
