When you submit an order request, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), delivery emirate, address, requested delivery date, gift note, and the items in your bag. We do not store payment card details; payments are processed by Ziina.

We use your details only to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it, primarily through WhatsApp. We may also send a payment link or email receipt when a deposit is paid.

Who we share data with

We share payment information with Ziina, our payment processor, so they can collect your deposit. We do not sell or share your personal information with marketers or unrelated third parties.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data after an order is completed by contacting us on WhatsApp.
