Privacy Policy

TB Creative respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our shop and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit an order request, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, email address (optional), delivery emirate, address, requested delivery date, gift note, and the items in your bag. We do not store payment card details; payments are processed by Ziina.

How we use your information

We use your details only to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it, primarily through WhatsApp. If you give us an email address we also send an order confirmation and a receipt when payment is received.

Who we share data with

We share payment information with Ziina, our payment processor, so they can collect your payment. We do not sell or share your personal information with marketers or unrelated third parties.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, handle disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data after an order is completed by contacting us on WhatsApp.

Cookies and measurement

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not follow you across other websites. If you agree on the privacy banner, we count a few anonymous actions — a page being visited, a piece being viewed, the bag being opened, an order being sent, and a WhatsApp link being opened. With each one we note the page, the website that linked you here, whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer, and the country and city your internet connection appears in. We do not record your name, your IP address, your precise location or any identifier, and nothing we count can be linked back to you.

Your choice is stored only in your own browser and you can change it at any time using the privacy link in the footer of every page. If you decline, or make no choice, nothing is counted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 759 4584.
