Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TB Creative online shop and any order request you place through it. By browsing the shop or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

TB Creative designs and arranges fresh and artificial floral arrangements. Each piece is made to order and may vary slightly from photographs because flowers are natural products and seasonal availability changes.

2. Order requests and deposits

Adding items to your bag and submitting a request does not guarantee availability. We confirm every order via WhatsApp before processing payment. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due before delivery or collection, arranged through WhatsApp.

3. Pricing

Prices shown are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to seasonal availability. If a product is marked “Price on request,” we will quote a final price before you confirm the order.

4. Cancellations and changes

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun. Changes to arrangement style, size, or delivery details must be agreed via WhatsApp and may affect the final price.

5. Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery dates and times are agreed during order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or severe weather.

6. Care and quality

Fresh flowers are perishable. We select blooms at their best and provide care guidance on request. Artificial arrangements are designed for indoor display and should be kept away from direct heat and moisture.
